WOOFY is led by Surya, bringing 10 years of hands-on experience in animal training, behaviour and everyday handling. Our approach is professional, patient and practical—built around understanding each animal rather than using a one-size-fits-all routine.
Training experience includes puppy foundations, leash skills, basic and advanced obedience, impulse control, confidence-building and behaviour support. Each programme begins by understanding the pet's needs, history and temperament, then setting clear goals and adapting the sessions as progress develops.
WOOFY's care interests extend beyond dogs to cats, birds, rabbits, small pets and reptiles. Different species need different environments and handling, so every enquiry is assessed for suitability, welfare and the right level of expertise before care is accepted.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Training
Owner participation and home practice are important. WhatsApp support is available during active training programmes. Please request rescheduling at least 24 hours ahead. Trial sessions are separate and are not deducted from packages. Progress varies and outcomes are not guaranteed.
Daycare & boarding
Advance booking and a suitability assessment are required. Dog overnight boarding is billed in 24-hour blocks. Please disclose health conditions, allergies, medication and behaviour concerns, and share relevant vaccination and health records.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed case by case, considering notice given, whether a service has started, costs already committed and whether rescheduling is possible. Any approved refund will be communicated before processing; bank or payment-provider timelines may apply.
Special care & logistics
Agree on special diets, medication and additional care in advance. Other-pet owners provide regular food and suitable equipment. Service areas, pickup/drop-off arrangements and any additional charges must be confirmed before a booking is accepted.
